For many years, the Seascape has been the vacation destination for all ages. All daily and weekly rates are for one to two persons, and subject to Maine Lodging Tax. Extra person is $5 - $12 per day, or $35 - $55 per week. The rates may vary according to date and accommodation. The lowest rate is not always available for the entire period.

Cottages may be rented monthly. The rate is four times the weekly rate - the last 2 or 3 days of the month are free! We also have a furnished apartment (accommodating 2 people) available as a seasonal rental, April - October. Please call for more details.

	Call us toll-free at: 1-800-477-0786 Please have your credit card ready (Visa or Mastercard) as an advance deposit is required. For stays of 1 to 4 days, an advance deposit equal to one night's stay is required. For stays of 5 days or more, an advance deposit of one-third of the total length of stay is required to confirm a reservation.

	Book on line with our secure reservation system. Check rates and availability. If the on line booking page does not show availability or for weekly discounted rates, please call us so we can personally assist you.

Our Cancellation and refund policy...

Deposit refunds for stays of 1 - 4 days require at least 3 days notice, less a $10 cancellation fee. Refunds for stays of 5 - 20 days are given with cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $15 cancellation fee. For stays of 21 days or more, 60 days notice is required for a full refund, less a $30 cancellation fee.

Check-in is anytime after 3 pm
Check-out is by 11 am

All rooms & cottages are smoke-free.
Pets are accepted with restrictions.
