All daily and weekly rates are for one to two persons, and subject to Maine Lodging Tax. Extra person (age 16 and older) is $7 - $12 per day, or $35 - $60 per week. Children up to age 5 stay free, age 6 to age 12 is $2 -$5 per day, and age 13 to age 15 is $4 - $7 per day. The rates vary according to date and accommodation type. The lowest rate is not always available for the entire period. Please note that each child counts as one person. All motel rooms have one queen bed and can only accommodate 2 persons including all children. Cottages can accommodate up to 6 persons depending on cottage type.

Please have your credit card ready (Visa or Mastercard) as an advance deposit is required. For stays of 1 to 4 days, an advance deposit equal to one night's stay is required. For stays of 5 days or more, an advance deposit of one-third of the total length of stay is required to confirm a reservation.

Cancellation and refund policy...
Deposit refunds
for stays of 1 - 4 days require at least 3 days notice, less a $10 cancellation
fee. Refunds for stays of 5 - 20 days are given with cancellation notice
at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $15 cancellation fee.
For stays of 21 days or more, 60 days notice is required for a full refund,
less a $30 cancellation fee.

is anytime after 3 pm

is by 11 am

cottages are smoke-free.
Pets are accepted
with restrictions.

We allow one small dog (under 25 lbs) or one cat (no other animals) in some of our cottages during May, June, September and October. Pets are not accepted in July or August. There is a $10 charge per stay. Please call prior to making a reservation to verify that your dog is permitted in your preferred cottage. All motel rooms are pet-free.
