All daily and weekly rates are for one to two persons, and subject to Maine Lodging Tax. Extra person is $5 - $12 per day, or $35 - $55 per week. The rates may vary according to date and accommodation. The lowest rate is not always available for the entire period. Please note that each child counts as one person. All motel rooms have one queen bed and can only accommodate 2 persons. Cottages can accommodate up to 6 persons depending on cottage type.

Cancellation and refund policy...
Deposit refunds
for stays of 1 - 4 days require at least 3 days notice, less a $10 cancellation
fee. Refunds for stays of 5 - 20 days are given with cancellation notice
at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, less a $15 cancellation fee.
For stays of 21 days or more, 60 days notice is required for a full refund,
less a $30 cancellation fee.

We allow one small dog (under 25 lbs) or one cat (no other animals) in some of our cottages during May, June, September and October. Pets are not accepted in July or August. There is a $10 charge per stay. Please call prior to making a reservation to verify that your dog is permitted in your preferred cottage. All motel rooms are pet-free.
